Mel has played a quietly crucial role in the development of AV Builders Pty Ltd since Adrian aspired to start AV Builders in 2006
Whilst working alongside Adrian at AV Builders, Mel had carved a successful career path as a Registered Nurse and continues to follow her own career whilst being a part of AV Builders team. Mel oversees the company’s financial accounts and operations and all employee related matters.
Mel is busy and juggles her two careers along with family including Adrian and Mel's two daughters, Asta and Lola, personal and business life to be part of the AV Builders team.
Her dedication to her work and her family reflects on AV Builders Pty Ltd, making her an invaluable asset to the business.
