Adrian van der Sluys

Adrian has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry and has founded AV Builders Pty Ltd. After completing his mechanic apprenticeship, Adrian wanted to pursue a career in carpentry and successfully completed his carpentry apprenticeship. With two qualifications and vast knowledge behind him, Adrian began subcontracting as a sole trader, whilst completing his builder licence and successfully gaining registration with the Victorian Building Authority and NSW Fair Trading in 2006.

Adrian has extensive construction experience in commercial construction, childcare facilities, and healthcare domains. Recently, AV Builders have specialised and focused on the construction of early childhood educational buildings. Adrian's portfolio also includes many years of experience with residential buildings and unit developments. Adrian contributes where required to ensure the building design is fit for purpose and is as the client intended. His wealth of knowledge leads the AV Builders team into the future, taking on larger projects with a commercial focus
